Michael has been teaching, full time since around the turn of the century. Over this time, He has established his own unique method of teaching music and has found a constant flow of eager students.
Michael offers individual and group lessons for guitar, piano, keyboard, trumpet, beginner flute and beginner drums. He also conducts group workshops for the more advanced students.
“My role as a teacher/facilitator involves tuition to a standard that will prepare the student for an internationally recognised level of progress through the A.M.E.B. www.ameb.edu.au or ANZCA www.anzca.com.au . I also arrange and organise the musical performance of students for my end of year concert, as well as providing the sound engineering for indoor and outdoor venues.”
Michael has extensive experience as a singer and guitarist, and as a performer has been in several local bands over the years.
He has a passion for producing original music, which led him to undertake further study in sound production with the SAE (The School of Audio Engineering) www.sae.edu/Australia. The Diploma course covered all aspects of the music industry and specifically, sound production techniques.
