Calisthenics is a combination of many things, dance, clubs & rods, ballet, marching, gymnastics, singing and acting. You can learn these techniques and be part of a team, meet new friends, get active and have fun!

Calisthenics is great for self confidence and self esteem. Your child will have greater flexibility, strength and control as they learn and master many different styles of dance and movement.

The Murray Bridge Calsithenics Club have fully trained and experience coaches  ...  and teams range from Tinies through to Seniors. These teams compete several times a year in Adelaide and also perform locally to the delight of parents and grandparents.
