The Round House is one of Murray Bridge's oldest surviving buildings, completed in 1876 during the construction of the first bridge to span the Murray River.
This historic home played a significant role in the early history of the township, and now operates as a vibrant community space that welcomes visitors and tells the story of the bridge and early township.
Located in the heart of the historic rail and wharf precinct, and a short stroll to the CBD and cafes, the Round House is a key attraction on the Discovery Trail.
Spectacular views of the river and bridges make this charming Heritage-listed building a popular wedding location.
Visitors can enjoy tours and a range of family-friendly activities and events.
Admission Fees:
Adult $7 | Children $1 | Family $10 | Free entry for local resident with 1 paying customer
Guided tours of the house are included in the admission price.
A range of self-guided tour options are available if you wish to explore this heritage site at your own leisure.
